[NEW JOB] RHFL Officer Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline

Repco Home Finance Limited (RHFL) has invited applications for the post of Officer on Special Duty (OSD – Legal) under the March 2026 notification, offering one contractual position for experienced retired bankers in the legal domain.

Eligible candidates must be retired bankers in Scale III and above with proven legal experience in Housing Finance Companies, Banks or NBFCs, fluent in English and the regional language, with working knowledge of Hindi considered an added advantage. The maximum age limit is 62 years as on 01 March 2026, and applicants must have a clean service record without any pending or past disciplinary punishments.

The engagement is on a contract/retainer basis with a consolidated pay of ₹40,000 per month plus out-of-station travel expenses as per company policy, and selection will be based on shortlisting as per eligibility followed by further assessment as decided by RHFL management. • Candidates having pending disciplinary action against them at the time of applying for the position or having been punished under disciplinary proceedings will not be considered eligible. The appointments are subject to satisfactory reference / background verification.
• No requests for change of place of posting would be considered.
• Employees terminated by previous employer(s) are not eligible to apply.
