• Co-Ordinator: Ph.D in Food Science and Nutrition/relevant discipline, Minimum of 10 publications in national/international journals with high impact factor, Minimum of 15 years of teaching experience in University/college and/or experience in research at the University/National level institutions/industries, including experience in guiding students for research at doctoral level, Contribution to educational innovations, designing new curriculum and courses, and experience in technology mediated teaching-learning processes.
