THSTI Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
- Project Scientist (Pharmacist): M.Pharma from a recognized university with at least one (1) year of post-qualification experience in clinical trial pharmacy. OR B.Pharma from a recognized university with at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in clinical trial pharmacy. The candidate must have a valid registration certificate from the State Pharmacy Council. The candidate must have knowledge of drug storage and dispensing regulations.
- Project Assistant: Masters in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognized university with two (2) years of post-qualification experience in virology, molecular biology and immunology.
- Data Manager: Masters’ degree in any field preferably in science, with six (6) years of post-qualification experience in clinical data management/ clinical research/ operations/ MIS/ data analysis/IT/ computer science/ healthcare field. OR Graduation degree in any field preferably in science, with eight (8) years of post-qualification experience in clinical data management/ clinical research/ operations/ MIS/ data analysis/IT/ computer science/ healthcare field.
- Executive Assistant (HR): Post-Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Project Research Scientist-II (Synthetic Organic Chemist): Masters’ in Organic Chemistry from a recognised university/ Institute with four (4) years of post-qualification experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
- Project Research Scientist-III (Medical): M.D./ MDS/ MPH/ Ph.D. or equivalent degree with basic degree as MBBS/ BDS from a recognized university, including the integrated PG degrees, with three (3) years of post qualification experience in clinical research.
- Project Technical Support-III: Graduate degree in Economics / Public Health / Health Economics/ or related social science field from a recognized university with at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field. OR Post-Graduate degree in Economics / Public Health / Health Economics/ or related social science field.
- Project Technical Support-I: Standard 10th with DMLT or equivalent with two (2) years of experience in relevant subject or field. OR Three years graduate degree in relevant subject/ field with one (1) year experience in relevant subject or field.
- Senior Research Scientist (Clinical): MD/ MS/ DNB or equivalent degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology / Pediatrics / Community Medicine from a MCI recognized university with at least one (1) year of post-qualification clinical research experience in the domain of maternal and child health OR MDS or equivalent degree from a recognized university with at least two (2) years of post-qualification clinical research experience in the domain of maternal and child health OR MBBS/ BDS or equivalent degree from a recognized university with at least five (5) years of post-qualification clinical research experience in the domain of maternal and child health.
