- Project Scientist: PhD in Metallurgical Engineering with 3 years experience in laser cladding, powder production, additive manufacturing and heat treatment (or) M.Tech with 5 years experience.
- Senior Research Fellow: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science with NET/GATE or Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course with NET/GATE examination with two years of research experience.
IIT Delhi Recruitment 2026 – Salary / Stipend
- Project Scientist: Consolidated pay slab Rs.60,000 plus HRA 30% (Salary range: Rs. 42,000- 56,000/- Per Month)
- Senior Research Fellow: Consolidated pay slab Rs.42,000 plus HRA 30% (Salary range: Rs. 42,000- 56,000/- Per Month)
