- M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering/Dam Safety & Rehabilitation) or Ph.D. from IITs/IISc (for Research Associate – 2 posts)
- M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering/Dam Safety & Rehabilitation) or Ph.D. from IITs/IISc (for Research Associate – 2 posts)
- M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering/Dam Safety & Rehabilitation) + 3 years experience or Ph.D. with 1 year experience from IITs/IISc (for Project Fellow – 2 posts)
- M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering/Dam Safety & Rehabilitation) + 3 years experience or Ph.D. with 1 year experience from IITs/IISc (for Project Fellow – 2 posts)
- Indian nationals only
- GATE qualification mandatory
- Excellent academic performance required
- Preference given to SC/ST candidates at equal qualification and experience
